HR Peer Group, VACAP and the Virginia CSBG Office are partnering with WIPFLI to conduct a Statewide Wage Study for Virginia Community Action Agencies. This webinar will go over the Wage Study process, timeline and expectations and will be recorded. Agencies will be required to submit the salary survey information in July through a confidential portal directly to WIPFLI who will be analyzing and providing results to the state and agencies.  We would like every agency’s HR Director to participate in the kick-off call, others are also welcome to join.
