Affordable Housing Project Breaks Ground

Luray, VA – (WHSV) – Crews broke ground on Thursday on the Luray Meadows Apartment Complex. Rob Goldsmith, President and CEO of People, Inc., said “affordable housing came up as a top need for the community and that’s why we’ve been really focused on it.” Learn more from the John Hood article WSHV3.
