Radford, VA – New River Community Action celebrated the grand opening of their new facility in Radford on May 30 with a ribbon cutting ceremony. CEO Jennifer Smith, staff, board members and partners celebrated with awards for their partners and volunteers. All staff decorated their doors with explanations of the programs and areas they work on. It was a beautiful weather day and the facility included donations to make it a state of the art community hub where residents are served with innovative and supportive services.
