Diaper Distribution Demonstration & Research Pilot
Virginia Community Action Partnership (VACAP) and its subgrantee Community Action Agencies (CAAs) participate in the Diaper Distribution Demonstration and Research Pilot (DDDRP) as administered by the Office of Community Services (OCS) within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF).
The DDDRP program helps to address diaper needs and increase economic security among Virginia families in need. In addition to providing diapers, CAAs and partners connect families with economic mobility and family support services such as job training, educational support, Early Head Start, housing services, and more.
