NASCSP will be presenting an interactive introduction to outcomes and measurement tools, this will be part 1 of a 2-part series. The session will cover why outcome measurement is important, types of measurement tools that can be used, and how to train staff on the importance of consistency in outcome measurement. There will be plenty of time for questions, so if you have tools you would like to share and discuss, bring them along! This session is open to any staff or board members who wish to participate.
