The 2023 Legislative Conference is focused on bringing together community action leadership with the Governor’s Administration, state agency officials, state legislators, funders and strategic partners to discuss share priorities. This year VACAP members will focus on the request for new investment in the Virginia CASH Campaign’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA)/EITC and VACAP’s efforts to expand the whole family approach.
