Richmond VA – Thirty staff leaders, board members and program participants from Community Action Agencies across the Commonwealth traveled to Richmond on Wednesday, July 31 for the every two year General Assembly CSBG State Plan hearing. The subcommittee of both state Senators and Delegates spoke highly of their local community action agencies and unanimously approved the state CSBG plan. You can view the hearing here.
