Leadership 101 – Equity Mindset

The Capital Strategy Group, LLC will be conducting its fourth training in the Leadership 101- Foundational Principles Series on Thursday, September 15, 2022. Equity Mindset will run from 10-11:30 am. This module will discuss how community action agencies can become more equitable by eliminating opportunity gaps among employees and clients served, especially in the BIPOC community.
