VACAP Announces Award Winners During Community Action Month

Richmond, VA – The Virginia Community Action Partnership (VACAP) announces the winner of the Mark Grigsby Selfless Leadership Award during Community Action Month. All Community Action Staff in Virginia are being recognized for their selfless service as pandemic first responders by the VACAP Board of Directors.
