Whole Family Innovation Lab Opens at Hampton Roads Community Action

Newport News VA – Hampton Roads Community Action Program (HRCAP) celebrated the opening of their new Whole Family Innovation Lab with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, August 31 in Hampton VA. The Lab will serve as a center providing essential services and tools for Whole Family clients to achieve financial stability. Congressman Bobby Scott, Virginia Secretary of Labor Bryan Slater, Virginia Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Resources Leah Mills, VDSS Commissioner Danny Avula, Hampton Mayor Donnie Tuck and HRCAP CEO Edith White were among the officials in attendance to celebrate the new facility.
